FDBA Brand Identity & Web Design

About Project

Frederick Douglass Boulevard Alliance (FDBA) Brand Identity & Web Design

We worked with the Frederick Douglass Boulevard Alliance (FDBA), a Harlem-based nonprofit operating as a community improvement organization and advocate for small businesses along one of the neighborhood’s key commercial corridors. The group proudly branded itself as “Welcome to Harlem’s Gateway” and “Restaurant Row.”

Our work included developing initial logo concepts and brand identity direction to establish a visual foundation for the organization’s launch. We also created the original website, designed to introduce the alliance’s mission, highlight participating businesses, and connect residents with upcoming events and initiatives. FDBA has since rebranded, but this early phase set the groundwork for their digital and visual presence in Harlem.

The organization has since rebranded, but these concepts helped lay the foundation for how FDBA’s visual identity began to take shape.
